Where is The Church?

Dear Precious Heavenly Father, please take this message, guide and help me stir and challenge your Church to go into the Harvest fields today! For the Harvest is indeed great, but the laborers (CHRISTIAN LABORERS) are few. Very few I might add. Use it for your glory I pray. Amen!

This will be a somewhat difficult message, as this World today is in great need of a "revived-fearless-powerful-energized-praying-weeping-and committed Church. One patterned after the New Testament Church, which was so radical it shook the then known world, with her doctrine and teachings.
Today as a whole, much of the Church lies passive and apostate, as the apostle Paul said she would be. The "falling away" is not coming to America! It is already here! 2nd Thess. 2:3...Let no man deceive you by any means, for that day (coming of Christ) shall not come, except there come a falling away first,(apostasy) and that man of sin ( Anti-Christ) be revealed the son of perdition. The things that I will be sharing in this message, I take no delight in doing. While many of the lying Evangelist's tell of the great "revival that is coming", The Bible tells us that quite the opposite is true. "At present, much of the Church lies fast asleep", while tribulation is coming at break neck speed!.
What is causing the Church to slumber while danger is all around us? Why have we grown so slack in doing the things that Christ commanded us to do? False teachings, and "good time ministers", have helped to rock the Church to sleep!
How in the name of all that is Holy, can anyone read the Bible, and still come up with so many of these "off the wall" teachings, that have nothing but "great blessings and prosperity waiting everywhere" for the blessed Saints? If you wish to really stir up the sleeping Church today, just tell her that "tribulation is at our doorstep, and if alive, she will not escape"! Many would be so disturbed, they would probably look for another "bless me church" tomorrow.
Many church folk would be greatly offended today, to even think, that someone could, or would, stand and preach or teach , that the present church, (the one perhaps you and I are in right now) could be remotely persecuted! Although if we would simply look and read, we would see, that dedicated, and committed Christians are being killed by the literal "thousands each and every week" in just about every Moslem country in the world. (Still, many pastors NEVER tell their flock of such happenings.) Surely, God would never allow for a moment, "tribulation or persecution", to come to the Church in America! "For we are not appointed to wrath".they tell the flock.
This is not a message about the "any moment Secret Rapture" that won't take place, but about the task of the present day Church, and her capability-obligation-duty-privilege-and urgency of this present hour for reaching the lost! We must ask the question: "Are the lost, really lost"? What defines a person as being "lost", and, if they are lost, lost from what? How long will they be lost? Next, we ask the question: Can a lost person be found? If he can, who, and how, do you go about finding him? Who looks for him, and with what?
I am well aware, that these are some very basic simple questions, (but ONLY to the discerning Christian!) They are not simple questions to a lost person! Unless someone has been brought up in a Christian environment, or home, the average sinner hasn't the "foggiest idea" what you re talking about when you ask him: "if he realizes that he is a lost person" and needs Jesus Christ, or, he will spend eternity in Hell?
WHERE IS THE CHURCH?
With "drugs" being at an epidemic level in America, divorce rampant, even in the Church-abortion, (slaughtering of the innocents) each day-violence is everywhere. Children being thrown from bridges into the river, dumped into garbage cans-sexually abused by their own parents-and our sex mad society makes "Sodom and Gomorrah look like a Sunday School". With more "Mosques" springing up in America than Christian churches, and with the Cults and false religions on the rise, we ask again: "WHERE IS THE CHURCH"?
Speaking out against perversion, and same-sex marriages from the pulpit, now can constitute a "hate crime" in many countries, and we are almost there here in America. The "Church" is missing the mark big time in doing the task Jesus left her to do. Jesus left the formula for the Church, and, has fully equipped her for the task ahead, if she will but only obey! The following passage of scripture was given by the Son of God, but we have drifted so far from His commandment, it is hardly remembered or recognized anymore. We are quick to "quote it", and "sing about it", but we are not quick "to obey it"! What was this important Commandment?
Acts 1:8...But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Luke 24:49...And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
Here is where much of the modern Church has totally missed it! Some of us can quote
Acts 1:8... flawlessly, but do we obey the teaching? Jesus said: Why call ye me Lord, Lord, and do not the things I say? As Jesus stated: ..ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost has come upon you. But power for what? . and ye shall be witnesses unto me in Jerusalem, Samaria, and the uttermost part of the earth.
THINK DEAR FRIEND!
We can forget Jerusalem-Samaria-and the uttermost part of the earth, if we can't first GO ACROSS THE STREET-INTO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD-INTO OUR TOWN-AND AROUND THE AREA WHERE WE LIVE!!! ARE WE DOING IT! ARE WE EVEN MAKING AN ATTEMPT TO OBEY THE COMMAND OF CHRIST?
The Holy Spirit was sent to make us WITNESSES!! Not singers-Puppet operators-Special plays-and a hundred different pet projects and programs, to be thought up by the Church. As strange as it may seem, The Holy Spirit was not given so we could gather around the altar, and pray for the Lord to send in the sinners so we can preach to them!
Luke 14:23...And the Lord said unto the servant, GO OUT INTO THE HIGHWAYS AND HEDGES, AND COMPEL THEM TO COME IN , THAT MY HOUSE MAY BE FILLED. {emphasis mine}
Notice, that Jesus did not say: "pray for them to come into His house", or, have a singing convention. He said: GO OUT? GO OUT? GO-GO! Jesus said in Acts: 1:8...Ye shall receive power to WITNESS! The Church needs to get back to the real reason for sending the Holy Spirit to start with. If she does not, She is just spinning her wheels, with all of her good time sermons-and all of her blessed singing. Can we run the isles each night, while many of our loved ones are on the way to the "Devils Hell we speak about"?
The Holy Spirit, was given to make bold witnesses out of His followers. Everyone can witness! Everyone! If you are saved by the blood of Jesus, you are a WITNESS! Tell someone, don't just meet each week and sing, and keep this great miracle to yourself.
Tonight on TBN, I heard one Evangelist make the statement: "I have 400 hundred "anointed" men in my school"! There is much said to day pertaining to the "anointing"! It seems that every one is "anointed". One Evangelist tells the entire audience, I am going to send the "anointing" to all of you tonight! I wonder how many believed it? Better yet, another Pastor tells his TV audience: "As I pray for you right now, God is giving you an anointing! You are going to be blessed financially, spiritually, and physically as I pray". (REALLY?)
He goes on to say: "Don't let the Devil cheat you now, get to that phone and make that sacrificial pledge. Send in $888.00 or, send in $88.08 a month. That's God's "special number of completion you know."
When will Ministers of the Gospel, especially God called pastors, take a stand and rebuke these ministers for such outrageous lies? Where is the Church? The CHURCH, is letting these "Prophets of no profit" get way with robbery without even a gun! So much for the false teaching, for that is not my main message today. There is much more that needs to be addressed in this message. Our whole Nation has gone bankrupt! What is happening?
Many of our Banks are so financially strapped, they either fold, or sell out to foreign investors, what is happening? Our States are flooded by torrential rains-our forest's being burned by the millions of acres-36 States in America are several millions of dollars short on their budget for the fiscal year-and now, the greatest tragedy ever to hit the American shore, as we are racking our brain for a solution to contain this horrendus Oil Spill in the Gulf. The price of food is going through the roof. Fuel is going out of sight. Some states are selling their bridges-their highways-the large Buildings in some of the cities, while in Illinois, they are selling much of their "water rights" in some of the counties to foreign investors.
So, what are you trying to say you ask? If THE CHURCH is ever going to do anything in the closing days we have left, it must be NOW! God is allowing our Nation to be stripped of it's resources, it's land, it's economy, as the oil spills are wipeing out the beaches, and destroying billions of dollars of fishing, and tourism. Soon it will be our freedom! The financial wizards of our day, came up with "billions of dollars" to bail out many of our crooked financial institutions, and it still failed!
How is it REMOTELY possible, for our leaders to come up with "the many billions of dollars" for our "nations survival" as they tell us, WHEN WE ARE NEARLY 13 TRILLION DOLLARS IN DEBT? Can our president save us? I tell you sincerely, that only GOD ALMIGHTY, through the prayers of the weeping, supplications, and effectual pleadings of the CHURCH, will, or can save America!
BUT MUCH OF THE CHURCH IS FAST ASLEEP, AND REFUSES TO SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING! WAKE UP CHURCH! WAKE UP!
Again I repeat, the ONLY thing that will stay the Hand of God from turning this Nation over to the enemy, (which is waiting in the wings right now in great anticipation) is for the CHURCH to fast and pray-weep before God-repent of our wicked ways-AND MEAN IT WITH ALL OF OUR HEARTS! If not, we will soon be gone as a free Nation, and that is soon-soon-soon! So we ask again: "WHERE IS THE CHURCH"? Is she still singing while Rome (AMERICA) is about to burn? It would be a great time to pray just now, instead of singing all of the victory songs I hear on the radio. One could laugh, if it were not so serious! You hear songs like: "I'm taking it all back? I'm putting the Devil under my feet". In all honesty, how much of the Church world today poses the Devil "little, or, no threat at all". You will never run into the Devil, as long as you are going the same way he is!
I am going to close, as this short message is enough to tell of the great needs of our Nation. They are many! Do we care-I mean really care? Or, do we say: "It will all turn out OK anyway"? We are too powerful a nation to fall to a foreign Country. GUESS AGAIN MY FRIEND! MANY NATIONS HAVE FALLEN BEFORE THE UNITED STATES, AND ISRAEL WAS A GOOD EXAMPLE! She is at this present time, SUROUNDED BY MOSLEM HATING COUNTRIES, WITH A DEATH THREAT, while hundreds of missles are pointed at Israel as you hear this message! The Jews went into bondage for 400 years to the Egyptians, and we are no exception! "ALL NATIONS, SHALL BE TURNED INTO HELL THAT FORGET GOD".
Dear friends, ALL NATIONS certainly includes America! This can be, OR, COULD BE, the CHURCH'S FINEST HOUR. But, IF WE WILL NOT PRAY-IF WE WILL NOT GO INTO THE HIGHWAYS AND HEDGES (EVERY WHERE), IF WE WILL NOT SEEK THE MERCIES OF ALMIGHTY GOD "RIGHT NOW", IF WE WILL NOT SEEK THE LOST SINNER, you can rest assured, and with great confidence, know, that we are going to be "attacked" very soon by the enemy. So, I ask again? WHERE IS THE CHURCH?
Dear one, are you a Child of God? Are you a "born again Christian"? The Holy Spirit has again prompted me, to warn, and, to have the Church prepare to meet the "perilous times ahead"! If you have been stalling, or have been unconcerned about your soul, right now is the time to get right with God! Don't wait any longer! None of us have a promise of another day. Mean business with God friend. Repent of your sins, even as you (listen) read this message.
Soon we will all stand before Almighty God, and be judged for our living down here on this earth. If we have not repented of our sins, Jesus said, that Hell awaits every sinner that refuses His love and forgiveness, and, refuses to repent of his sins. Why wait? The wonderful peace that God gives you when you repent of your sins, is something you will never forget, and will always stay with you. Why not do it right now? Just say: "God, I am a sinner, and I come to you asking for forgiveness. You said in your book the "Bible", that if I would confess my sins, that you were faithful and just to forgive me of my sins, and cleanse me from all unrighteousness.
Well, I have come to you, and asked. Help me to follow you the rest of my life in obedience to your Word as best I can. Amen.
Dear reader, I assume many of you, are the "CHURCH"! The Church of course is not some building somewhere, it is the Body of believers who have done already what I have just asked you to do. They are now the CHURCH! Please pray for our Nation, as she is in such a terrible condition, Militarily, economically, and certainly spiritually. I am well into my seventies, and I have never witnessed such a corrupt-evil-Administration in all these many years. It seems that the very soul of our Nation is being pulled out of her and being destroyed. I trust that you will continue to follow the messages on this Web Site.
